After cleaning I would spray the whole thing in silicone grease then let it dry before putting grease on the metal parts this way you have double security the silicone grease makes water impossible to penetrate and makes plastic part last longer
Great video, I bought this size 3000 reel and noticed that the line does not sit uniformly on the spool, there is less line on the upper edge of the spool, I used 0.23 multifilament line. Is the same thing happening on your equipment?

Hey bro. Personal opinion i will rate it 4/10 Bad Part : Bearings using low quality Drive gear and oscillating guide poor quality Anti Reverse Good Part : Hard body Solid Shaft Spool Using Carbon Drag and with bearings Advice : Need to check time to time
That one of reasons that im not recommended kastking because of parts. Unless you have deep pocket to buy same specs of reel and use old one as spare for the parts you need in future.. Try shimano or daiwa parts are accessible.
Why didn't you show how to uninstall the other bearing on the right side of its main body that inserted into drive gear ? Is it locked ? And can not be disassembled ?

I was able to clean and regrease it coz it's not busted..tried to minimize the cost of the client..

Hi my sharky gold iii 4500 has a retrieve problem it's nice and smooth then grinds and becomes hard to turn the handle any idea what causing this
3 cause
1 - shaft either bend
2 - gear issue side plate
3 - oscillating gear or pin

I just measured it 4x7x2.5 The newer reels use a bushing which can be ordered from Kastking

No cannot be disassemble thats why there's no video in the right side

Customized grease.. We made our own grease.. 100% Synthetic Grease
Do you know what size the line roller bearing is?
I think its 4x7x2.5 but not really sure coz they're using bushing and i didn't do caliper for it
