I looked into her face and said "You are in my truck cheating on your husband with me, how am I supposed to trust you?" I received a blank stare and silence which pretty much said it all.

I disagree about your take on the question about playing strategic games with your kid. What you said about chess is true, no disagreement there. But otherwise, there are games about other aspects of strategic thinking that involve skills such as resource management. Even if they involve the roll of a dice, that is still applicable to life because sometimes life will just throw shit your way, seemingly randomly. So you will have to know how to manage your resources/your fucks in those scenarios.
Probably the only "tech" aspect of doing videos on RUclips that seems to matter is figuring out sound gain levels, so your audio is in the general volume range of other popular content, and a microphone that doesn't buzz and doesn't muffle what you're saying. Most people are probably watching on a phone anyway, so time put into video quality is probably lower value than content and audio quality.
When I was young, I opined that I hoped I met a woman who loved me before I made millions. My friend Mike spoke (it seemed at the time) more harshly: "Who cares why they want you, as long as you get laid..." Now that I have been on all possible sides of that question and wish, I agree with Mike's comment from 35 years ago. I no longer care. I just try to manage the relationship to make it all it can be while it lasts, and to protect my assets from the endgame as best I can. This strategy has enabled me to enjoy many good relationships over the decades without miserably crashing and burning and getting wiped out when they end.

A question for you & others who read this: What kind of approach would you recommend to men in their 40s & 50s who swallowed the red pill a bit 'too late' and have found out about the essential truths and lies regarding women and their illusionary life these men had been living? What to prioritise and where to put their focus?
10:40 just want to say I'll always be partial to free weights, because like you said to get Size, you need that. But I WILL SAY I tore my pec last Summer and have been in a physical therapy post surgery, and I am reminded in there how much the resistance bands DO kick ass too. I'll always incorporate them in my workouts now going forward.
