Need to address settling over time, which causes cracks. Same with cold, wet, icy weather. I noticed in nearly all the interior shots there were no decorations and the paint had to be sprayed to go over those rough walls. How about some sort of hangers embedded in the walls to hang sheet rock in interior? Then you can have wallpaper, rolled paint, hang pictures, hang TV mounts, run electrical and not have the mount be all sloppy, etc. In a similar way, you could have embedded attachment points on the outside for a facade to attach. Facade could be fake rock wall (I've seen those), could be a more typical looking siding or actual natural rock. Main thing is you need to address mount points present or future and how they attach. Can a person drill these 3D printed houses to mount something?

Sembra crema pasticcera. E quando asciuga diventa solida o si rompe con un dito.....

This is cool and all, but what about all the construction workers these 3D printers would replace?? Hasn't technology put enough people out of work or forced them to do something else just to live. 🤔

Think about how they can move on to the next project faster… we have a home shortage, we need faster builds

This project is not near full automation. it's like complaining about job shortage because workers have proper tools instead of sticks

They have had this technology for years now. Where are the cheap homes? Someone has been bought out I bet.

It's not as cost effective as you expect.
Less labor to actually put up walls.
But setup of the printer reintroduces the labor...
The cost of the printer is tremendous.
Still have all of the plumbing and electrical to do.
Then the roof and finishing is not any easier.
The lot price is the same and can be the majority of the home value.
