Do you still have that saw today? I'm just wondering how long it lasted in the long run. Does it still work and do you use it?
I still have it and just used it the other day. Still just fine.
purchase through amazon it does not provide long size jig saw blade.
you have to buy all blades yourself, there are a ton out there for whatever type of medium you are working on.
I have the WEN jig saw, and I would have to say that it is one heck of a tool. I am well pleased with it. It cuts just as well as my Dewalt does.

I've got to say that I was surprised at the weight when mine arrived. This thing is built much better than the price point implies.

Sturdy is one thing, the main question is, will it last and how durable can it be
worldpeace32 it's still running strong. I use it fairly regularly and don't play nice with it. I'm still impressed with it.

It bevels great in 3 positions each way. this makes it more solid when cutting but does limit your angles.

Sorry I missed this. The foot is able to change the angle by loosening 2 Allen screws with an Allen wrench that is attached to the cord. There are 7 notches that the foot can index into. 1 at 90 degrees and 3 either direction.
