Famous watch brands charge a small fortune for a similar metal bracelet, not to mention here that the bracelet tappers have removable screw links, and that clasp is superb with quick adjustment. SM is definitely a serious brand ,offering outstanding value
They've gotten a lot of push back for years before settling on the Hex logo ... I know everyone's taste is different but It's not bad in my opinion. I think at this point they've settled on this for a while - however you could ask if they make them with a Sterile dial ... They used to - not sure if they do anymore.
Excellent reviews every time. Liked the San Martin SN0119 that you presented so excellently with the option of the black rubber band that I will likely order said watch. Congratulations my friend for your proactive work and channel that in my opinion is the most valuable with phenomenal perspective specially for those like myself that appreciate you and appreciate the San Martin quality time piece. Wanted to also share with you and all supporters of your channel like myself the following. For maintaining your watches finish both polished or brush case and stainless steel surfaces use Flitz polishing paste with a soft Waka polishing cloths that both products can be purchased with Amazon, when applying a very small amount of this Flitz polishing paste on the waka polishing cloth use a few drops of water right into the waka polishing cloth and the results are of fine cleaning with protection and yes nice shine that is admirable. Sincerely, Rick in Florida USA
@@ShinyThings I have used Flitz primarily on stainless steel surfaces such as firearms and yes to keep the nice luster of stainless steel watches and it does overall a fine job every time. Flitz is from a German base quality product that has been available for at least 25 years if not much longer. The mentioned Waka polishing soft cloths are the ones I use and with the mentioned Flitz and applying a few drops of water and very small amount on to the cloth with Flitz and gently applying it and leaves a protective finish that produces a nice shine and the protection is to prevent any possible corrosion as the Flitz polishing paste in a tube has such anti corrosive properties. Thank you my friend for your attention and interaction with an open approach. Sincerely, Rick in Florida USA
Similar watch: Merkur Pilot/Diving GMT. (Definitely let down by acrylic crystal). Revelot Admiral GMT. Probably a better watch although the dial design is definitely a matter of taste, although the lume options are stunning. Momentum M20 GMT diver (Quartz). Slightly different, Gavox AviDiver GMT or AviDiver II GMT in a compressor format. Which is beautiful but reportedly let down by average lume at the price point.
Nothing like the Omega Tintin watch! Both the dial and the shape of the body are different! And the bracelet is heaven and earth! How you could see the similarity in the two completely different watches is beyond me.
In fairness there has been a recent (last 2-3 years) push for smaller watches 36-38mm ... Like you I prefer a dive watch bigger than that (ok for more formal pieces) ... However that said 39-42mm seems to be MOST people's sweet spot with 40mm with 20mm lugs being the standard.
The black and red is my least favorite, and it's gorgeous.

First unique SM design I like! Love the rounded flanks, colored GMT chapter ring and sloped bezel.
Terrific pick! San Martin continues to impress.
Thanks 👍
Thanks for watching! 🙂👍
Beautiful looking watch... Thank you for the excellent review!
Glad you liked it! 🙂👍
Great looking watch but the logo on the dial is a dealbreaker for me. They need to come up with something better

For me it is the Milanese bracelet that I'm not a fan of.

That glossy red rehaut is so badass.
San Martin 👍👍👍
I’m noticing San Martin are making some really nice original stuff and the design of that clasp is great 👍🏻
Hmm,interesting that they dont have the straight end link bracelet but curved for sale.Maybe Ill message them if it will be available for purchase.
If they would make one of these in either a 38mm or 39mm, I'd be all over it! Thanks for the banging review!
Thanks for the video.
You are welcome!
Great piece and review
Thank you kindly! 🙂👍
Anyone know the model number of this with the green dial?
That is a lovely looking watch!
Nice san martin i only regrets this kind of brand dont try to have design more original for offer more cjoice to the customer
San Martin deserves to be a bigger brand.
I think they are on their way to became one if they continue on the same path 🙂

Thank you, I will need to check these watches out! 🙂👍
There was no pop up at the start of the video
It would be a buy for me with a 6 o'clock date window.
I agree.
kinda looks like the Omega Tintin

Original design? I guess, yawn...
At least they are moving in the right direction and trying to bring out more original pieces.
