- How to Cook Easy Chicken Arroz Caldo
2 lbs chicken cut into serving pieces
3/4 cup Jasmine rice
3/4 cup sweet rice
2 Maggi Magic Chicken Cube
34 ounces water
8 cloves garlic, chopped
3 onions, chopped
8 eggs, hard boiled
1 cup green onions, chopped
3 thumbs ginger, julienne
1 tablespoon safflower, kasubha
Fish sauce and ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Sarap with itlog or kwek kwek, tokwar baboy and lumpiang togue then yung pinka masarap na suka jusko nkakagutom sa pnhon lalo dito sa Pinas 😊

Perfect for cold temps and weather (this month [December] until 1st quarter next year), here on the East Coast. My mom used to cook that a lot, in Manila, especially during rainy days. Her variation of it was chicken and potatoes.

I’m sorry, that slotted ladle was purposedly used for the garlic, so that oil can easily drip. We can’t get that efficient with any wooden slotted spoon, can we? I appreciate your time and thanks for watching.
