I have after these action not works the original the key, but a new works

I have a 2015 Kia forte5 and a Xtool x100 pad I have one working key. I tried to program a second key but no luck I followed pretty much the steps in the above video. When I press the loch orvunlock button to link it to the car nothing happens the circle on the pad just keeps going around now if I try my programmed key, when I press the lock unlock key for more than one second....boom done PLEASE HELP ME

We don't need a pin code for programming remotes correct? I believe 2013 Kia Soul key does not have a chip neither so just need to cut it.
What about transponder programming?

kiranbikram shah the flip key in the U.S. is non immobilizer. models in Canada I heard are different.
