use heat. I used a hot air gun set to 450 and blasted the black housing the motor sits in for about 2 minutes. then used a vice grip and a channel lock to pull it out. need a bit of force but it will come out. careful with the plastic connectors if you plan to reuse the motor cause they will melt. if you dont have a hot air or a rework station, you can use a torch.
😮 Can you do the continuation of how to remove the left pitch motor? That heating up the casing catches my attention, I need to change it. How do I order the engine or what specifications do I put? @@carternibbz5365 If your gimbal is working fine after calibration then it is okay to use it like that. To verify just check with the grid lines and horizon level somewhere outside.

with the torch you will ruin the black paint of the housing

I too have got the same white crack in both side. Carefully applied some glue over it. Will it work for now?

Yes you should after replacing do the python but python not remove the error code
it does not, replaced a mini 3 and mini 3 pro gimbal signal wire with out any errors or need of programing!

If open you can change the motor and test that maybe you have motor or cable problems
