  • This is the fifth webinar in a five-part series on the holistic approach to evaluating and managing chronic kidney disease (CKD) based on the KDIGO 2024 CKD Guideline.
In this webinar, KDIGO CKD Guideline Work Group Members Rasheeda Hall, MD (United States) and William Herrington, MD (United Kingdom) guide attendees through an interactive case study to show the step-wise approach to managing patients with CKD, without diabetes and at risk of, or with, established CVD. The webinar shows how to recognize the risk of hyperkalemia in patients with CKD and understand how this should be managed. The webinar also addresses additional risk-based therapies recommended in patients with CKD to optimize management and reduce the risk of adverse outcomes.
This series originally took place on May 22, 2024. You can watch all the webinars in this series on our series playlist: kdigo.co/5-Part-CKD-Guideline...
