I ride a 2012 Ironhorse Warrior 3.1 aluminum 26" which has been fully upgraded while I complete my payments on a 2022 Giant Trance 27.5 aluminum from Cycle World . BTW , what bike are you riding in the video ?
It should be called Intermediate but otherwise it is a good route.
