- Part 1/2 - Amelia Earhart Park MTB trials consist of constant CARDIO! I need to get in better cardio shape because this trail has me breathing hard from start to finish. If you are curious of the Amelia trails, this video captures most of the trails as of 9/16/2020. I decided to leave it pure without any background music. Want to make sure you can hear me breathing my life away LOL.

Sweet,I was there the other day and the trails look a lot cleaner now,there are some gnarly climbs and drops but you can't really discern here,maybe there's a little bit of the GoPro effect going on but still awesome video.
Yeah the GoPro doesn’t do it justice. They have done a great job adding some new berms and jumps! I’ll need to make a follow up video! Thanks for the comment. See you out there 🤙🏼

Not 100% was the max speed by average speed at Amelia is about 13mph. I have to work on my endurance more. I need to work on more videos!! Thanks for the comment!
How long is the trail?
About 7-8 miles per lap.
I like Amelia way more than Virginia Key .
Hey. Is it me , or is the trail backwards now ?
I know they swap the trails every now and again. It is very possible that it is reversed now.
They alternate every month from what I've heard
@@xianone13 I wish they would keep the trail in this direction (the one in the video), I don't like the other direction at all. I rode there last Friday (4/9), it was reversed. I wish there was a schedule posted of the direction change. I would just go to VK instead.
