For those who don't know, here's why the "Grey Man" is so dangerous:
Int he game, you have the option to "flash back" to previous dreams you've had. If you encounter the Grey Man, he may disable the feature temporarily. If you encounter him during one of these flashbacks, then he'll end the flashback immediately. He also has the ability to erase previous dreams, effectively eliminating your progress.

I had a dream with the same thing but except I ended up sneaking in this weird ass house and I found out vinny was in it and then he started chasing me not like a serial killer but like an actual dude that doesn’t want people trepassing

Fun fact: The dude responsible for this, Osamu Sato, is a multimedia artist. And, in a 2013 interview when asked if he'd ever more games after the last one he made (a rhythm game for PS1), he said he didn't think there was a market for those kinds of games anymore. (then again he basically disappeared from the Internet for multiple years until just recently, so I wouldn't really blame him)

Well, considering all the crazy shit going on here, having that happen in this game would not at all be out of place.
A couple of years ago, I once had a dream that The Rock (wrestler), flew a helicopter onto the sports field at my old highschool. He then got out, found me and my sister during lunch, told us that he was our father and took us to Hungry Jacks for dinner to show us how good of a father he was......
And no, I did not just make that up. I legit had that dream lol.

Fun fact: the words “upper”, and “downer” are both drug terms. Upper being a stimulance, Downer being a depressants Which is kinda funny, considering the game is called “LSD”. Even though the word LSD means something else in the game.
So basically, moving toward the “Upper” axis actually makes the dreams more fast pacing and active. The “Downer” axis is what makes everything seem chill and depressing.
The middle of the graph is basically the normal version of the dream world.
So vinny, if you don’t choose clown vomit, I suggest you move downward.

Whenever I have dreams about school, I am usually tested in some way - either by answering teacher's questions, or just writing a test. And it's always something that I have knowledge of in real life, but in the dream, I always feel like I know it, but I really can't reach it. And when I'm writing a test, I can never comprehend the questions.
I am a decent student that gets amazing grades because of luck and pretending that I know more than I do. So those dreams are kinda scary because of that feeling of "I am not going to answer these questions... I'm going to get exposed right now".
Still, I think those are better than the dreams where I somehow get like really, REALLY mad and act like a savage more than a human.

1. I'm standing in a grocery store parking lot and a man puts me in a headlock and slits my throat with a boxcutter.
2. I chase my Mom around a park and try in vain to keep her from shooting herself.
3. Nightmares where I am a victim of a specific historical atrocity, such as the Cultural Revolution in China or the Hmong Genocide in Laos.
4. Rhett & Link laugh and crack jokes while desecrating an Asian woman's naked corpse.

Since I missed the chat, here's a dream Ive had in my memory since I was 9.
Tl:Dr trampolines, zombies, yugioh, quarter horses.
Here it goes, the dream starts out with me and my friends at a "trampoline festival" just having a good time. When one friend decides to throw a car battery into a small lake where the quarter horse firework display was being held, then suddenly when the battery hit the bottom lake, and caused all the quarter horse displays to turn zombie displays and a small zombie island rises out of the lake.
Once I got to the island (short swim) several Tipis popped up all with several themes to them, I heard the only way to stop the zombies was to complete one challenge in one Tipi of my choice, trying to find what to do was cut short by a zombie chasing me around to island. I thought maybe I could swim around to find a good challenge, I found one, but THEN THAT WAS CUT SHORT TOO BY A ZOMBIE IN A CANOE. The challenge I found was a yugioh card duel (I was 9) with Spike from Tom and Jerry, I won, he told me exactly where the battery was, I dived for it, and drowned when a bunch of zombies pulled me down
Then I woke up.
rather late, but it sounds like a metaphor for all of my monsoon risk of rain 2 runs. you try everything, you narrowly escape everything, you're close to the goal, and then you're just dead and 60-300 minutes closer to your death irl.

As long as it's got the fan translation patch, I think he'll get a lot of entertainment out of that.
And we make sure he knows how to slow the game down so it isn't spazzing out. Dez (whom he actually talks about in this video) played the game and could tell him about that. (If you're wondering about the spazzing out issue, the game was made for old computers, so it ran as fast as the computer. Newer computers let it run WAY too fast, so everything is spazzing out. It's sorta trippy in its own right, but it causes problems.)

I've even had dreams where my parents convinced me to retake highschool for some reason, like to help my resume or something, and I'm this older dude failing basic math because I forgot everything and not fitting in because I'm weird and older. I had a dream after I had gotten home from summer camp. In the dream I had to go back, but got lost in the darkness while driving. I wasn't even driving MY car

Since everyone seems to be sharing fucked up dreams, I'll share the first one I thought of. This was from when I was a very young child. Probably isn't really bad, but...
My older sister and I were sitting in my room for whatever reason. For whatever reason, there was a floating saw...? We both screamed and my mother ran in. The weird saw thing sliced my sister's foot off and cut into my ankle, but didn't actually cut the foot off. My mother grabbed the saw, but I can't fully remember what she did with it. She told me to wear a sock over the injured ankle to hide it, but since it was a white sock, the blood easily seeped through. She then took me out of the house and into some store. No one seemed to worry about the ankle despite clearly seeing it. That's all I can clearly remember, though.
Probably isn't as fucked up as most, but I kinda wanted to share it. I thought nothing of it as a child.

Frequently when I dream, my brain conjures blends of ornate architecture, uninhabited well-maintained gardens/other outdoor space, run-down old buildings like theaters and ticket booths, miles of pointless wrought iron gates, sprawling pillared hallways with black and white square tile, sometimes with abstract shades wandering about their business, etc. sometimes they’re more wild and I see people I know, sometimes they’re very open and I’m entirely alone to explore a foreign setting. I’ve always liked my dreams even when they contain some unsettling content

Thats bullshit by the way, flashbacks alone are as rare Gorillas in New York, seriously. It can mess up some people, but thtats also relatively rare, on the other hand it has some serious potential to actually help people. It has been tested on alcoholics and it actually helped most of them, but its just an example. Dont look down on psychedelics, they are some of the most badass drugs, realy different from anything else.

My dreams can involve me not being able to do something. Like trying to climb a hill that's too steep, not being able to talk or scream, or not being able to move. I also never really get true nightmares. They're always normal dreams that have some scary parts. I also have dreams almost every night, and remember them when I wake up and when I am trying to do to sleep.
