Hey there Intuitive! I'm just writing this to let you know I have got an A* in Mathematics, and needless to say I owe you a ton for these videos. Especially coming from a country, (India) where this syllabus is lesser known and also the fact that I haven't done IGCSE or had any British/International Formal Education, Jumping straight to As/A level from a local Indian education (I'm a pathetic risk taker, I don't advice anyone to follow the same😂) system was very demanding, on top the fact that due to Covid regulations I didn't have the opportunity to attend physical classes at my school, so you did help me in the best possible way, that is within the subject of Maths and also with other subjects as the approach and the attitude you have towards every single problem is very inspiring and I have tried to applied it to all my exams and even with my life's questions.
@@secretadmirer2798 Hey there, hope you're slacking off round the year procrastinating and then cramming in the last month of exam! Because lol, that's pretty much what I could and did, but I hope you would do better than me. So I did self study for my exams as I was only attending online classes due to covid. Self study in the sense that even though, I was taught and understood topics in class, during my preperation I had to start from ground up because it was too overwhelming and it's a struggle to practice papers. The moment you take a 2017 paper and sit for a nice evening imagining you could just do it, It's a warm feeling of comfort but only until you see the first few questions, struggling to understand and apply all those concepts, you have no choice but to get frustrated and leave after like doing 4 questions. My only advice is don't get frustrated but suffer and sit thorugh it, as you do over 10-15 papers you will surely improve exponentially ( not linearly beacuse the approaches are same for a specific kind of question and if you understand that approach in a goddamn '16 paper it will be downright useful until '22). Use intuitive mainly for AS statistics( he has a playlist and practice the sums he does along with him, because statistics is STATISTICS and wants you to think in a certain way, and if you did perceive the question in a different way - you will get an absolutely fine answer but will be nowhere close to the markscheme and you will have no idea you had done a mistake.) and secondly for AS pure maths ( he has solved some papers, first watch his videos before trying anything by yourself, because he talks out his mind aloud and his approaches are sometimes are little tricks that will help you in the long run). Don't these words as advise because, everything I say is out of pure experinces and I don't even think my ways are optimal. For example, I didn't touch the Collins Book (You should because they might ask some 1 Mark questions that are given in hidden corners of their endorsed book) they gave us ever, not even once I flicked through it. But that saved me alot of time as I wasn't doing basic sums and then jumping into the ocean of past papers, instead I jumped right into the ocean and barely saved myself from drowning, LoL. And it wasn't because I wanted to save time, I wanted to challenge myself so it worked for me and gives quite the adrenaline rush. Use Malaysia Online RUclips Channel for doing all the pastpaper along side. Use notes like Smartnotes or Z notes. Once you're confident and you could do most sums on your own, close youtube and get a timer and work on your timing. When you have done papers right from '16 to now, you'll be over 30 papers done and you'll be finishing with 20 mins remaining in your clock. Don't get too excited and confident because in the actual exam, you'll be shitting your pants, running out of time and leave the last question incomplete just like I did, LOL. Don't be stressed and try to phone your friends, so that you know everyone are in this together. Do your best, but don't be discouraged if you don't get an A* either beacuse most colleges are good with a C infact. Good Luck.
you look like one of those cool nasa scientists who always solve the problems at the last minute love the video the audio can be improved a bit but you made the math fun to do bro
Hi Jacob! First off the bat, thank you so so much for your exam hack series, I am ripping through it cause I have a mock on sunday and I know nothing :p. Also would you kindly recommend what approach one should take when tackling past papers? Should I just use brute force and keep solving paper after paper or should I pick specific sums from each year and work on them? Once again, thanks for all the work.
Hey there Intuitive! I got a question in my S1 exam that I want you to help me doing it. please! If you have no problems helping me, where should I send you the question.
They used positive r because -r multipled by U5 will give us positive 12 (U6) as U5 is a negative number because k(negative number) is multiplied with positive 8
Hey man, love the work your doing, but could you do o level maths papers cause it's my final year. Plus there are a lot of kids doing IGSCE and O LEVEL
Appearing in oct/nov this year didn't start anything but I've studied everything in classes and earlier tests do u think I'll be able to get a good grade?
Just wanted to let you know that your videos helped me go from a U to a B in AS math. I see the subject in a totally different way now. Thank you.
Hey can u please help me out? I wanna get the same grade but I found his channel rn, which videos did u see to improve? ☺
@@secretadmirer2798 He has videos on many different topics so I watched the ones for the topics I struggled with.

Hey there Intuitive! I got a question in my S1 exam that I want you to help me doing it. please!
If you have no problems helping me, where should I send you the question.
Can you complete M1 course either here or on Patreon for the October November 2022 session?
Love love this format! Thank you so so much
great videos. please do for mechanics also that would be very helpful
Your videos are awesome it helped me and I have exam this october.
34:53 I think it is because they said that k is negative. If x is negative, k will be positive.
If we take the ratio...for instance 6th/5th
K^2=9.....K=+-3
We use -3 to find the r value
So simple we used k negative value
i get mad anxiety and your channel really helped
If I subscribe in the patreon, am I gona have access for a month SINCE the subscription started? or is it gona recharge every 1st of the month
Start of the month. So just get it at the start of the month if you only want to access for 1 month :)
Haha, your videos are soo chill, thanks a lot far making these videos, it's 1 am and I'm feeling sleepy now, love your videos
Loving the vibe man

Hi! Your videos are life saving, but I was wondering if you could possibly also do S2(p6) since my exam is coming up.

Hi,thanks for the video, can I get link of your formula sheet for math AS level?
its finally here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets goooooooooooooooooooooooo
great videos please do moreeee !!!!
for 35:04 , to get r, I first divided u6/u5 and then u7/u6, and set them equal to get k, then the r and this way the only solution of r was 1/2
how did you get k, when equating them i got k as 0 which is wrong
Love the energy 😂😂
BRO WHEN YOU MADE THE 38D error i kept punishing myself thinking i'm dumb
Really love your energy please do paper 12
I'm having trouble paying the patreon
