    My favorite is #6. I saw you use it in a combo in another one of your videos and then put it in my comp routine

      Love that cupid to flatline transition! So stoked that you put it in your comp piece!! Have you tried the reverse version from the flat line back to the cupid?

    I love a good Cupid to inside leg hang. Definitely my favorite! I also dig Cupid to gargoyle. That was cool!

      Couple of my favs too! Have you tried either one yet or still working towards them?

      @@Elizabeth_BFit I have tried Cupid to inside leg hang. That one is super fun and I really enjoy it. Have never done gargoyle tho. Definitely on the list.

    Gorgeous! I'd like to try them all, but I've only had 6 lessons 😆 I've watched a lot of your videos though, I like your emphasis on technique and 'live to train another day'. I'm 47 this month so all my training days are precious :) I think I should train my leg hangs first before trying Cupid, let alone transitions from Cupid. But I love to watch and get inspiration for when I'm ready for my next moves ❤‍🔥

      So excited for you and your new pole journey!!! Definitely don't ever feel rushed to try a new trick or transition. You can work on an entrance to cupid before having a solid leg hang but definitely take your time and enjoy the journey!

      Number 6? It's a foot grab thru to an inside leg or flat line variation. One of my favs! Have you tried it out yet?

    what levels would you teach these in?

    • @Elizabeth_BFit
      @Elizabeth_BFit  Год назад +1

      All different levels depending on the transition. But I start with the pull up into mast head from cupid to my beginners that are starting out with their cupid from standing on the floor.
