Can teh stick mixer( hi speed mxer) be used without damaging the texture? (like for example pudding-using hi speed mixer/stick mixer in the pudding, the pudding will never thicken after that)

Sure, you can also mix it in a mixture of toilet cleaner and water and you'll get a gel like consistency that will stick to surfaces. Useful if you want the cleaning solution to soak in.
