Mere ladki ki age 15/16 yrs hai. 11th me study karti hai.....usko pichhale 4/5 month se achanak uthane pe chakkar jaisa mahssos hota hai , sir me dard halka bana rahata hai.. uske khane pine me ab laprwahi kam kiya to abhi chakkar nahi aate par dard halka rahata hai...kya karu
