Very precious advice. I am learning hindustani classical music and due to that I listen to music for atleast 6-7 hours in a day with my headphones at more than 80% volume eventhough I use over the ear headphones.

One morning I woke up with no hearing in my right ear. I I took immediate action, went to Dr right away. With God grace my hearing slowly came back 100% in a week. Per Dr it’s very rare.
