Fibre Reinforced Jointless Floors - BarChip Synthetic Fibre Reinforced Jointless Concrete Floor

The common myth that macro synthetic fibre concrete reinforcement is not suitable for Jointless Concrete Flooring has been well and truly busted! This Hello Parks jointless floor used 24m x 24m joint spacing and is reinforced solely with BarChip MQ58 macro synthetic fibre.
BarChip was added to the concrete at the Batching Plant and delivered to site ready-reinforced. Site conditions allowed the fibre reinforced concrete to be placed directly from the truck without the need for a boom pump. The concrete floor was finished with normal processes and equipment, which included laser screeding, helicopter finishing and hand tools.
