I was today years old when I found out that IHOP is the International House of Pancakes...Whenever anyone said the International House of Pancakes or I read about it in a book, I think I read it in that book Hoot, I always thought it was an obscure chain with pancakes and like lots of flags from every country in the world hung up and possibly different regional pancakes.
