Hi Chaz, thanks so much for the mention. Amazing you say how we have helped each other, I have noticed because of this video. I missed the 2 cable tie clips from my handbrake cables. Obviously I can now rectify that. I used to love helping others when I was part of the club scene. It’s good to share knowledge. I am doing all I can to help those who have helped me, hence my campaign to support Help for Heroes. Thanks again mate. Ronnie.
Looking great mate , just watched it before you uploaded it as Gothing put it on Facebook . Still need to clean mine like you have so I can paint it but I have been upgrading the fuel pump and cleaning the sun frame and bumper bar.
Great work as ever bro i remember doing mine and me and Taylor getting high off the fumes of the paint lol oh and you wasted at least £40 worth of fuel out that filter lol
Done all the rear of mine buddy ...on IG before and after etc ...just working now under the handbrake lever etc ...few spots of rust but have been lucky so far allover tbh. Stripping bits down ...cleaning them or getting them sandblasted where I can then 2 good coats of Bilt Hamber Electrox zinc spray ...followed by 2 good coats of epoxy primer the 2 - 3 coats of Hammersmith stone chip spray ....then top coat usually 2K Acrylic Gloss Black spray ( activated cans ) but tbh you can use acrylic gloss black then if needed put a clear coat on top! Paint stores are empty 😂😂 and I'm leaving parts to cure each coat of paint. Underbody was cleaned off similar to yours then rust removed and used Bilt Hamber Hydrate 80 rust cure followed by 2 coats of epoxy primer and then again 2 good coats of Hammerite Stone chip white ....all allowed to cure then the actual underbody seal i used was Buzzwelds WAR as you can tint it any colour and its well tolerated and used on many 4x4 they do etc ( respirator needed for all sprays etc ) ...but getting there like you mate ..slow process but do it properly and should last 🙏🏻 .... need to remove the front Milltek pipe to get access to the underbody where the handbrake is etc and crack on. I may depending on condition leave the original underbody seal from Ford backseat forward each side but I'll see what its like as it does hide rust cruelly lol ... crack on mate and good video as usual. I am struggling like you to find a few parts but have changed quite a few bolts out for stainless steel equivalent etc ...the vapour canister bolts i need to source and a few others / clips etc .... 🙏🏻👍🏻

Spray every rusty nut and bolt with penetrating spray and clean with wire brush b4 attempting removal👍
Just tap the bolt remover socket onto the bolt a bit buddy ...wasn't on right so slipping off
Chazz. What's the worst job you have encountered on the 220?
The worse job, im still working that one out. I enjoy working out the issues and repairing them no matter what the job is.
