Hi Kristi, I've seen earlier videos of you selling homes in Puu Lani Ranch, and now I run across this one. Can you tell me why people are basically running away from Puu Lani Ranch, Is it the community because a lot of owners have been selling after just a short period of time owning it and having a hard time selling, even the lots. I hope you can answer my question please, thanks
I wouldn’t say people are running away from Puu Lani Ranch. It’s a highly desirable area for the right person! I’m not sure of all the details of why people are selling, but one reason could be that during Covid all lot of people moved to HI and bought homes sight unseen. I’ve heard stories of people doing that and then selling a few years later because they changed their mind about island living. Probably many reasons but nothing about the community of Puu Lani Ranch that’s causing people to leave. Hope this helps!
