I don't know why but this took me back to the ole time saw dust trail Revivals, the time where we gathered in the alters to pray an hour before service, where the ole Hammond organ would play songs just as this while we poured our heart out to Jesus. I first heard this song while attending a little PCOG ( Pentecostal Church of God) Church, in Vallejo Ca. The year was somewhere in the early 1980's. It was sung by another talented musician and singer. Like yourself, he ministered with the piano while singing. His name is Kelvin Harris.
His wife also sings angellically.
It was so wonderful to hear this tune that brought back fond memories of friends that share in the love of our Savior.

It's scary to say whatever it takes, Lord. Because we don't really know what it will take. I'm in the most uncertain season of my life dealing with an adult son with problems. I can say though, it is changing me. I HAVE to rely on the Lord. There is no other option. If God doesn't do it, no one can. It's His strength that gets me through. So even though we say, whatever it takes, Lord, He will be with us and it will only be for our good. He won't leave us hanging and in the end we'll look more like Him. And really that's the goal of this life. To Glorify God and conform to His image. Be Blessed. We all fail in the tests and trials at times, but get up, keep going. God doesn't give up on us. He'll help us get where we need to be! Amen 💜🙌👑✝️🕊️🙏💜
