That’s cheap compared to NYC where apartments like these would be in the 4-5k plus a month. However, it seems like the days of a decent apartment at under 1K in ATL is no more. They’re all beautiful though.😊
If u want something that’s not too expensive and nice, go to Roswell ga. You will still have access to public transit and 15 to 20 mins tops from the perimeter
For $1,450, I don't need a sky lounge and game room. I need a guest bedroom. How are you paying $1,450 and can't even have guests? The only people paying $1,500 a month rent should be people making over $100,000 a year. Anything below that as a single person and you are living above your means.

It's normal even college students pay more than 1k for rent in Atlanta and that is with roommates. Yes, the problem may be some people living above their means but also have to look at how much jobs are paying folks too.

Yes u can find places like that on glenwood rd , in Jonesboro, Moreland avenue, cascade rd , u know all the very dangerous, rat and roach infested hood neighborhoods u hear about on rap songs . Guns can’t even save u there u

I pay 2100 for a two bedroom I live at the second place she showed and it’s a great area prices are based off area a the wants and needs in that area
