I am Patricia’s son and id love to find the production in its entirety! She is still alive and kicking at a spritely 87.
You are all here giving us content! Since i haven't seen no one saying this thank u for being so active recently and for uploading so much Alice content. you and phantomwise are the best.
Hey Frogz! Admittedly, most of our comments tend to be demanding so your comment is very much appreciated! Are you into Alice adaptations?
@@Phantomwise2 yes I actually have seen every available Alice adaptation that was on your website (or Curiouser I don’t remember sorry). I am a big fan of both the books and movies.
@@theodevilman4004 hey, I'm sorry for wait! Out of curiosity, do you have favorites? Personally, I like 1972, 1951, Royal Ballet, and Adventures in Wonderland. Also are you on discord?
@@Phantomwise2 Yes I do have favourites and no I’m sorry I don’t have discord but I’m thinking of downloading it soon.
I don’t have a favourite one because I love all of them but there are a few that stood out the most:1998 version, the 1999 one, 1949 Bunin version, 1933 by Paramount, the Russian version from 1981 and 82 and lastly the 1972 version.
@@theodevilman4004Oh wow, you have a lot of favorites! I like how you have some 'rarer-favorites' like 1933 and 1949. I like the different ways Alice can be adapted, the story can be a reflection of that people that are adapting it. Anyway, let me know if/when you get discord :)
By the way, I have video files of the 1974 Italian adaptation "Nel mondo di Alice". You need it?
Hello! We do have Nel Mondo di Alice, but unfortunately RAI copyright-striked a previous upload. Are you an Alice adaptations collector?
@@Phantomwise2 Yes, on my site - kursivom.ru (a Russian-language site) - there is a section dedicated to Carroll. Among other things, there is a list of film adaptations by Lewis Carroll -

Many thanks to your RUclips account for the opportunity to check out the new film adaptations of "Alice"! I thought there was a copyright problem with "Nel mondo di Alice". Sorry for my English.
@@Phantomwise2 Where to find four old film adaptations?
1) «Alice» (1946, BBC; director - George More O’Ferrall; Alice - Vivian Pickles)
2) «Alice in Wonderland» (1950, CBS, "The Ford theater" - season 3, episode 8; director - Franklin J. Schaffner; Alice - Iris Mann)
3) «Alice in Wonderland» (1954, «Kraft Television Theatre» - season 7, episode 36; director - Maury Holland; Alice - Robin Morgan)
4) «Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland» (1956, BBC; director - Herbert M. Prentice; Alice - Lisa Barnett)
@@dikkur Hi as far as I know all of these were lost in time and it is not known if they have been recorded and if there is any survived footage. However Phantomwise had uploaded the Kraft Television one here is the link:ruclips.net/video/w-ka4honG5s/видео.html
@@dikkur, Your English is fine! You have a very good films list. I had never heard of "Your Loving Friend" and "Crocodile" before! I have a few corrections I could suggest, but otherwise, it's a very good list.
1.) 1946 BBC: Unfortunately, this one appears to be lost forever.
2.) 1950 Ford Theater: This one is in at least one television archive, but hard to view. We will post if we find a copy.
3.) 1954 Kraft: Uploaded on this channel. ruclips.net/video/w-ka4honG5s/видео.html
4.) 1956 BBC: This one also appears to be lost forever.
The only BBC Alice that we know is preserved, but hasn't been released is 1960 Adventures of Alice opera.
