IMO viewers should RUN from this company. I found your videos interesting. Potential customers should read google reviews (& understand that not all reviews get posted) and read BBB complaints (again not all complaints get posted). I agree with some of your “adjectives”…I hope your windows have been completed and are actually withstanding the elements…good luck and thanks for the videos.
Thank you for watching and commenting! I also have a google review on them that is 1 star. I also have a open BBB complaint. Most of these companies are a pain to deal with and have bad reviews but this is an ongoing mess. My windows are completed however, I have just noticed a large opening at the top and bottom of my pocket sliders (2 pair) above the doors and under the track. I noticed cold air coming in and found open passages above and below the doors. These pocket sliders are poorly designed and not made for this purpose. A snake or rat could crawl right in. I am having issues getting a solution with them. Their response is non existent. One window was already fixed once and now broke again. It wont stay up. No leaks anywhere but if the sliders were on the outside and not in the lanai, it would be a disaster and water would be in the house. This is definitely not a quick turnover project. It's years.
I feel your pain, unfortunately. I have a BBB complaint…it’s not public. I wrote a google review, it’s not public-not sure why? Attorneys involved now. I believe we may have had the same installer bc mine was “Jason” also. Used the NS in Bonita Springs Fl..& it’s been going on for approximately 2 plus years now (don’t have the exact date in front of me). Good Luck & I really appreciate ur video bc it makes me feel more sane about my assessment of the company and how they do business. It’s hard to name anything that went right with my experience. Would never recommend them!
This sucks! I am getting a quote from New South Windows in a few days and this is going to make me rethink using them for sure. Keep up the good work!

@@jackiem1818How did you make out? I am still dealing with the incompetent service department at NewSouth. This is a 3 year ordeal so far.
