I really don't think the reason the lad in the yellow t-shirt is having difficulty making friends in the UK is because he's French...

I was puzzled at the assertions about lack of culture, but then it became clear this was filmed in Sheffield and that explains everything. 😅

I believe a lot of French students tend to study at the local university which would explain the lack of openness as well.

Ah the classic “oui oui bagguette”, I thought it was just a joke in Canada 😂
Also, the 3rd guy had such a cool accent. Never heard that before 😮, definitely found him a bit hard to understand.

When you said the video was in French I turned the subtitles on (assuming auto translation) - half way through the video I was like hang on I've just been enjoying the video in French (I studied French for 5 years, never confident enough to speak) but it's almost 20 years since I've had to think in French - like riding a bike I guess!

Wow damn... I'm so sorry for the rudness of the yellow T-shirt guy...
There is also a culture of heavy drinking and doing drugs in France among a certain part of the population, mostly students, artists or night life workers.
Of course it is a rightfull choice to be far of those habbits, but you can't say it's a English specificity.

The Frenchman in the yellow shirt thinks very highly of himself: thinking my women love and want him because "I'm french."?!
I met two female french tourists, I won't say what happened, but I am not interested in french women. Only English women are my love
