I read stuff similar to this before, let me say this, if you're going to do a story like this you have to make the original timeline as grim as fucking possible not to make everything that comes after the protagonist goes back in time seem really spiteful. The scene where it shows Komine "attending" Miyano's wedding is what broke it for me, this guy tormented this poor girl throughout childhood and his entire life not letting go of an childhood crush and then made a ruckus on her weeding ceremony just because, not even considering her feelings, that's beyond selfish. It got me thinking like, did he even deserve a second chance in the first place? I know stories like this are very much wish fulfillment but i can't help but be bothered by it when the protagonist doesn't deserve to go back and it simply doesn't get addressed.
Cute story about going back in time to impress your crush..... But in one of the flashback showed that Komine was married to someone. Does that mean he stole someones future, was she happy in her previous (future) marriage, who's the guy the MC possibly ruined, does he feel bad for what he did, does this count as grooming? If the manga showed her as unhappy and alone in the future, this would of been fine, but now it's weird.
Is anemia the number one ailment with Asian folks ? It's always the number one reason somebody falls sick in Anime's and manga. Maybe try heat stroke or frost bite.... SOMETHING else ?! An ear ache, headache, bee sting... ?
