It just annoying that it takes him too long to understand that the timeline he is in is already way too far and now different from the game timeline, his 2nd father figure(the supposed demon king/main villain in the 1st part of the game) need to tell him that for him to understand. A lot of depressing things happen in the other characters in the game timeline that hasn't shown in the game because the game only focus on the hero and hero's party.

Some of the effects took up the whole screen in part 2 which irritated my eyes and hindered the visuals, and the sound effects weren't the best there either. Despite that, I still felt like it was worth it to continue watching instead of just going directly to the actual manga and continuing there.
