For anyone wondering, this manga is completed with 18 chapter. It is a very heart warming story with a wholesome ending. It's good for a quick read, and I do recommend you to read it. It's nothing spectacular, nothing amazing, but got that right amount of sugar in it.
@rarecoldfire2775 if you want a good long reading session, suki na ko ga megane wo wasureta and otonari no tenshii-sama should be good. (Both got anime adaptiation for 12 episodes) If you want a completed short read, then you can try My Divorced Crybaby Neighbor. Their premise are very diffrent, but they sure gave the healing and wholesome sweetness. Edit: Kuchi ga saketemo is also a good long read if you want, no anime adaptation yet.
Weird piece of trivia. In the epilogue of the light novel Wakaba talks about how Haruto knocked her up after only one try. Boy had it set in stone that he’d be a father no matter what, ASAP.
