I have a fix for this. Do everything you did up until this point to get the card and then that room you ran out right next to where you're trying to give the bouncer the card, Sprint a little bit in there and distract the guard to make him run away and then you can grab his key card and open the door and still get down there
Actually I tried it again and you don't even have to get the VIP card just lure the bouncer in the room like I said and steal his card and you can skip the first part. But if you manage to get the card working and makes the bottom part a lot easier in Overkill
