This appears to be October/November 1987. There is a promo for an upcoming November 15 card in Bangor. The Duke references managing The Dungeon Master. The Dungeon Master was Tony Rumble. Rumble was The Boston Bad Boy by the end of 1988. So this was definitely the end of 1987 when he was still Dungeon Master
