This was a great 2-week intensive martial arts camp organized by 'The Martial Man' in Thailand in January 2019. Sifu Nima taught 0ver 8hours and in this video, you can see some of the teaching moments.
For more details on learning Nima King's method of training as he was taught by Wing Chun Grandmaster, Chu Shong Tin (Ip Man's 3rds student in Hong Kong), check out:

The first demo you did was so interesting, you talk about connection. Would like to experience your demonstration to be able to feel this internal power. Thanks for sharing!

Did you find any similarities or differences between the internal arts? It's so cool that a bunch of you guys gathered and did demos in public.

The similarities is that all teacher talked about relaxation and using intention to tap into the body. But the application I felt was very different between what they did and what I do. Which is great for the students cause it offers a nice variety to them.

Nice one, Nima! Most people see internal force as one singular thing, but it's not. From my experience, there's a distinguishable difference between long energy and short energy. To apply internal arts in real combat, mastery of short energy is critical. In the past 10 years, I've met a lot of internal masters in China and unfortunately most of them only have long energy, which is expressed as a push, bounce or stickiness, but they have no idea how to execute short energy as described in the traditional martial arts scripts, which is supposed to send the opponent into something similar to a violent eletric shock. From what I've seen, master Chu Shong Tin is one of the very few teachers in our day and age that have attained short energy, and at an extremely high level. When I taught my students in China, I made it very clear that long energy is only for training and cultivating awareness, whereas short energy is the key for fighting and physical transformation.

I totally agree with all that you said. Most I've met also only have Long Energy too. Let me know if you are ever in HK and would like to meet

@Aka U ToTo7 I'm not sure what is the deadliest tendon spring force. Can you share what is it called in Chinese? Or if you're referring to a term from a particular traditional kungfu manual? From my knowledge, there are 3 traditional approaches to tendon strengthening. The first one is to do standing meditation to cultivate your awareness and energy. Once the energy expands, it will naturally nourish and tendons and bones. Another way is internal Yijinjing where you massage your stomach area, and after a period of time when energy is harnessed, you use various methods of paida, and force it into your fascia. The third way is the classic stretching exercises such as the 12 pose Yijinjing and 12 Strength methods, where you do static stretching and strengthen your tendons in the process, which in my opinion is the least effective.

@Aka U ToTo7 My core art is ziranmen. I would be happy to spar with anyone you know who has attained this type of force you speak of. Where are you based?
