    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups all-purpose flour
    - 1 teaspoon salt
    - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    - 1/4 cup ghee or oil
    - 1/2 cup lukewarm water
    - Filling ingredients:
    - 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
    - 1 onion, finely chopped
    - 1 green chili, finely chopped
    - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
    - Salt, to taste
    - Chopped cilantro, for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. Make the dough: Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Add ghee or oil and mix. Gradually add water and knead for 5-7 minutes. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
    2. Prepare the filling: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, onion, and green chili. Cook until the onion is translucent. Add mashed potatoes, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
    3. Assemble and cook:
    - Divide the dough into 6-8 portions.
    - Roll out each portion into a thin circle.
    - Place a tablespoon or two of the potato filling in the center.
    - Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle or square shape.
    - Cook on a non-stick pan or griddle with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
    4. Serve hot with butter, chutney, or raita!
