VW Touareg 2020 Smart Key HOW TO change key battery

This week we are looking at the latest VW Volkswagen Smart key for the VW Touareg model.
The key battery is a CR 2032 and it is very easy to change. We hope this helps you

Brilliant, saw a similar video where some one was using a knife blade looked very dangerous, your solution is far safer and works, no damage to the key fob surface and very easy to do, great video and saved me a lot of hassle and probably a cut finger or hand. 👍👍👍👍👏👏

On the side of the key next to the CE symbol is a marking that looks like an arrow. Push your nail into the groove there and the key will pop open.

Does the key not need to be reprogrammed to the car after new battery fitted

Well, i change many key batteries all day long and very rarely need to code a key back in, but there's always a chance
