Will be traveling to Paraguay in a few months to set up residency. No plans to live there, but it's the start of rebuilding my living options since I had to give up my Taiwan permanent resident card. Very affordable set up. Remember, the laws for residencies and so on do change, and never it seems to make things easier. Don't sleep on it if you're serious about setting up options. I've also been told by those who are in a position to know, that if the shizzy hits the fizzy, you can basically walk (or swim) from Paraguay to many of it's inland neighbors without pesky border checks. Not that I can imagine any reason that one might wish to violate immigration laws under any circumstances. *cough*
@@NomadElite but there is now a tussle with sabah tourism minister dan federal minister for tourism. The federal minister said it was a unilateral action by the state without meeting with federal ministries
Every country experiences their own "Californiacation" with their own citizens. Westerners hardly make a dent in most of these locations unless they are tiny tourist places.
Hi I like your choice of contries.I like Morocco so many cheap flights and very close to Europe.the contry is developing very fast and the Internet is very good.they have a nice bullet train 320 km per hour ,nice peopole and the food is very good Take care
Wow, what a lie about Tunisia. The man lived in Tunisia and when he chose Tunisia, he knew what he was doing. Tunisia is the safest country for women and the country that gives women the most rights in the world. And the people help women the most and do not let them sleep in the street. Unlike some other countries in the developed and backward world, you find women sleeping in the street and being raped and harassed.
I lived there, the hassle happens, whether you’re Tunisian or European. However on the flip side it is very equal opportunities when it comes to work etc.
Interesting about the canaries, how would you compare them to Sardinia or greek islands/cyprus for EU citizens? I was in Fuerte Ventura and I honestly thought nowhere in the EU was as beautiful and could offer as high a standard of living, but I havent been to the other places I mentioned. Im guessing they are less developed and the internet wont be as good. I find overall the quality of life in big cities in Europe, even places I really liked like Budapest are slowly going down hill. Always looking for alternatives!
Off topic but correct me l'm wrong. I heard that Italian citizenship can be obtained in 4 years if the person pursuing it (assuming they're fully naturalizing) is already an EU citizen. Is this true? Or is it a non negotiable duration of 10 years for naturalization?
If the EU country, you are a citizen of is part of the Schengen zone, you don’t need to get Italian citizenship to live there legally forever. It’s redundant because you have Schengen zone passport.

@@pluisnonplux9728 Tunisia is known to be a safer country than European countries and America. Many women come here alone and roam around the country with complete comfort.
You say no misdemeanors for Paraguay. How far back do they look? I had a serious misdemeanor in 1990. I had a traffic ticket in 2007. Will they look that far back?
Romania has huge inflation, 😮s very expensive for what it is. Propensity rate is very high, people spent more than they can afford. And if you have a company there, you will be surprised by government tax changes each and every year…accountants are not to be compared with Western counterparts as they are very incompetent. The country did suffer extremely high brain drain over decades as well as work force. What remains is not great in work ethics and many so called professionals are self declared doing everything and little good work. The countries population is shrinking slightly to surprise as many Romanians live abroad and daily more in the EU. Germany is invaded and Spain, Italy, Portugal since decades. So how comes there are still people in the country- simply Moldavians get citizenship so reducing the loss 😅f citizens. Real economic growth is sluggish, growth based on inflation and consumption is great. I saw it in Spain till the bill came 2008. On top it will be the country- cannon food for the potential Russian war being so close to Odessa Ukraine.
