I really like it, feels like this video focuses on the sacrifices and pain you´re going through building your dream, but also shows you the rewards that comes from all that hard work. A nice change from you old videos, keep it up! :)
I love the screaming crowd for Jay, its got to feel amazing to have fans like that. Not like in other sports where athletes get cheered and booed in the same game and about what have you done for me lately, the fans are screaming for your years and years of hard work.

This was my shit when i was in the gym, Not the song but this video. Ripped it from youtube and listened to it. With most of Zhasni's videos. It is motivating just watching but when in the gym listening you get hyped and push that much more.

Time and time again my friends who are "training" always say how dedicated they are then run off to the bars and party while I'm at home eating. I've found whats important, and realized bodybuilding isn't a part time job. They wonder how I can do this in the gym or want to know what i do. Long story short, I do what they won't and thats what will sepereate you from the crowd. Shout out to the people who know what I mean!!!!
