Thanks a great idea! We've used promo codes quite a bit, and never had to pay for them using www.qrcode-monkey.com Just input the link to your music, customize the look and download as a SVG, PDF, EPS or PNG file. You can learn more about the process we used here: blog.transferexpress.com/using-qr-codes-on-t-shirts/
I had the idea to put a large QR code on my back while I am shooting events. No words just the code for curiosity. If I understand you right, you don't have to have a white background, just contrast. So could I do the QR code (black portion) in gold on a black t-shirt? Seems like that should work.
While we haven't tried it ourselves, there's a few examples around the internet of Heat Transfer Vinyl being used for QR codes that work a-ok! You will not be able to get as small as we print here in this video with 2.5-3" being the smallest you'll be able to go. With vinyl you'll have to be very cautious with your cut settings so the blade does not round or deform any corners of the boxes as well as taking extra care when weeding to not accidentally remove any areas, as all of the fine details matter for it to be able to be scanned and link to the correct destination.
We used our UltraColor Max Direct To Film Heat Transfers for these QR Codes, upload your design and order any quantity or size, it's all just 6 cents per square inch: www.transferexpress.com/heat-applied-transfers/ultracolor-max

Hey Craig, that's a great question! As long as there is enough contrast and the QR is large enough it should totally work.
I have a customer wanting navy blue htv QR code on a white shirt. This should definitely work right?
😂 I just thought about it and decided to search it up. That’s a clever idea man.
Great minds think alike! 😄

Can you please tell me which material/products you used to print the QR code for iron on?

Great Idea! We have the links in the description here too.
This is great and all but you didn't scan the QR code off the t-shirt
Hi Yannet, we scan the QR code from a printed shirt at 0:07 in this video.
