Egyptian Papyrus Pictures

Students learn about papyrus paper, and they use lines to create a papyrus texture as a base for their art. They design a drawing including images of Egyptian symbols or artifacts discussed in class including: cartouche, pyramid, scarab, ankh, hieroglyphics and the Nile River.
