I'm a nurse. We refer to these as "donor cycles". While I get it that it's fun, the speeds some of these guys get to and the danger they create is ridiculous.
Would you agree that Dirt-Bikes are more Safe than Street-Bikes (assuming you keep the dirt-Bike Off-Road)?
I will never use a motorbike on roads with Cars (i find motorcycles fun…but my friends accident, made my mind up….1. I’m Never Riding 2 wheels on public roads again…..AND 2. If i have two Wheels motorized i’m staying OFF-Road ONLY (Enjoy the vehicle without the dangers of a public road). It’s always Another Driver on a public roadway that is as large a risk factor (or greater) equally compared to someone on 2 wheels.
A “cruise” down isolate old interstates is different than weaving around city traffic (the latter is stupid and less enjoyable anyway)

If you're on a dirt bike being chased by a cop who is in a car, and you can't lose the cop, you don't deserve a motorcycle license.
True! But i’d also add, Dirt Bikes are the safest way to enjoy a motor-bike…..BUT ONLY if you keep yourself away from Stupid Drivers on public roadways.
I would Never Own a street Motorcycle…..BUT I would consider owning a dirt-Bike, And I’d Keep if off road, because roads are full of stupid car-drivers

@@LukaDonesnitch they NEVER put out copters for little bike chases like this too expensive. If your chase lasts more than 5 minutes you messed up already anyway. No copter will ever catch one of these guys

Dave was talking about snake park or something. We have a similar place around here called” the dragon” people drive their motorcycles down it fast. There’s been so many accidents that the ones that have claimed a life they have parts of the motorcycles hanging in the tree they hit or close to where they crashed
Not exactly. It's Deals Gap -- popularly known as the "Tail of the Dragon" -- located on the state line between Tennessee and North Carolina. Lots of accidents involving vehicles of all types. The "Tree of Shame" is where parts from wrecked vehicles are displayed -- but I'm pretty sure nothing from any fatal crashes is there.

But my friend in highschool has been paralyzed for 20years after hitting a car….Been living in basically hospice for the past 10years ….Has had an amputation because he’s been in a bed/chair for so long…..and they also had to remove one of his eyeballs about 5years (can’t remember why)…..
Getting paralyzed from a motorcycle accident (with a helmet …it split in half, his brother still has it) is Not worth even owning a Bike in the first place.
Just saying. Bikes are dangerous…Theyre mostly Fun….But a million factors can end that hobby in a split second.
Buy a different toy , thats my advice.
We both felt like adults at the time….But My high school friend has basically been a living zombie the better part of the past 20years . It’s sad. Broke his entire family apart as well

Literally had one today going down Wythenshawe road where the kid was flying (obv no helmet or plate) and the police were sticking with him til it branches off to northenden and they just let him go n went up the motorway. So annoyin man for us that are actually fully legal.

Chasing a motorcycle in a police initiated traffic pursuit is usually a rookie mistake. A large number of police officers in the United States have even gone to prison on manslaughter charges for causing the death of a rider or another driver and sometimes far worse. You just don't do it. If officers are clever, they will become friends with bikers and after establishing a good relationship with them, they won't even have to chase them. You don't harass them either. They usually are pretty good people and don't tolerate anyone that brings bad feelings towards their interest. A traffic violation is very important in some jurisdictions. However, you don't have to kill someone to get your point across.
Pretty Sure Cops hardly go to prison for manslaughter…..actually they Rarely Go to prison For Manslaughter (its called Immunity). The Biggest consequence a Cop Faces in the USA is usually Leave-Unpaid Or Resignation ….In Which Case they Go work for a sherif or another county.
That’s why they’re entitled to be careless and if someone dies, they die…They are USUALLY Immune from Justice/Law if they accidentally cause people to die
