Hi, Im totally the same Ive been working out to casseys videos for 6 months now and before I started to workout to them I never in my life would of believed a video would of motivated me and pushed me through a workout. Cassey is so amazing :)
The move doesn't look speedx2, it just looks like you speak a lot (and yes, quite fast - sooo funny!!!) - BTW I'll have to google "valley girl", being French in the UK it means nothing to me - yet?? Haha!!! "It IS totally like BFF", right enough!!! Looking forward to the DVD!!!!! Thank you Cassey!
