I just noticed the episode title is a reference to the episode “alone together”, where Connie and Steven fuse for the first time, but in this episode the roles were switched, where Connie was urging Steven to dance while Steven was being hesitant. Also, Connie’s willingness to dance without caring about what anyone else thinks shows how much she’s grown since alone together, where dancing in front of people terrified her and caused the fusion to fall apart

The show has been so badly affected by CN's shitty marketing and never airing the show. The crew is at least one season ahead at this point and the show is never on except for a couple of times a year when they drop those Steven Bombs they love so much

Connie kinda screwed up there, but at the same time she wanted to cheer up Steven. She should have saw that as a possibility, but she was just trying to help her friend. Still dorked up, though. As for the Crystal Gems? They (once again) jumped the gun without thinking in any fashion at all. They're good at doing that. If anything, Stevonnie would have been relatively fine, if in a bit of trouble. After all, Pink Diamond always apparently caused scenes, so Steven would mainly just be reprimanded and not harmed. Blue and Yellow were also likely more worried about White Diamond/Pearl's reaction to all this, and likely worried for Steven/Pink. Crystal Gems screwed up. Sapphire's future vision is bunk. They constantly make matters worse.

I’d like to point out that in reunited it was an epic fight with 2 diamonds vs all the gems and the diamonds couldn’t defeat them. And in this it’s just one diamond that can *BOOP BIPPITY BOP* everyone’s dead. Also my theory is that white diamond can mind control other gems such as white pearl. I don’t know for sure but why would yellow and blue act embarrassed if “white” wasn’t even there.
