What is that thing stuck in the fence? It looks like it has sharp teeth. I don't know what that thing is that is stuck in the fence. Does anyone know what that thing is? @Alex Hall Correct. If someone breaks into your occupied home you have a forcible felony and have the right to use deadly force, but if a looter is stealing property out of your boat that's a mile down the road you do not have a legal right to use deadly force.
