To answer your question, the cammo pants and metal vest are the bands clothing style, since they sing almost exclusively about military history they decided to have a band uniform. As for more Sabaton recommendations... (cough, all of them, cough) From a filmmaking perspective definitely check out the official music videos for 'Bismarck', '1916' and 'Christmas Truce'. All have crazy high production values (and budget) and are much more than just the green screen you get here. For an older music video without the crazy budget but still interesting filmmaking wise there is 'To Hell and Back'.

White Friday occurred during the Italian Front of World War I, when an avalanche struck Austro-Hungarian barracks on Mount Marmolada, killing 270 soldiers. Other avalanches the same day struck Italian and other Austro-Hungarian positions, killing hundreds. According to some reports both sides deliberately fired shells into the weakened snowpacks in an attempt to bury the other side. With the effects of global warming, bodies of the trapped soldiers continue to be revealed as the ice melts, to this day. In the music video, air combat from both the 1st and 2nd world wars are illustrated to emphasize what that ghostly soldier saw on his eternal watch.

Among some of their best videos, while others already have mentioned Christmas truce and Bismarck, I would say other videos amongst their best include Uprising (about the Warsaw Uprising), Steel Commanders (the evolution of armored combat). They are wonderful, a great starting point to get interested in historic events.
Also, if you want to see other music videos, there is a band called Civil war, which has some previous sabaton members in it, their video for their song Tombstone is entertaining. Then, there is also Beast in black, they write songs with ties to the manga series Berserk, as well as now the cyberpunk genre, their videos for Blind and frozen, sweet true lies, and moonlight rendezvous will give you plenty to explore, plus Yannis’ vocals are, an absolute monster and incredibly enjoyable.

There was alot of soldiers manning fortifications on the alps and several times there was huge avalanches burying thousands of soldiers who was never found, i get it u are looking it this as a tech and that is ok, i on the otherhand look at this as a historical event and sadness for the people lost.

Sabaton would be a HUGE rabbit hole for you. All of their songs are historical and many of their videos are like mini movies. I see they've already been recommended but I'll say again "Christmas Truce", "Bismark", and "1916" are all really good. Another one though that I highly recommend, especially if you're into the story and history, is "No Bullets Fly" (linked below). Its all animated. So maybe just a personal watch and not so much for your channel (I'm not sure if animation is your channel's thing or not yet.)? Just be sure to keep watching after the song is finished. They also have their own RUclips history channel where they take 15-20 minutes to talk about the stories in their songs. I keep saying that its better than any high school history class (that will be the second link)!!

Much like with any death that happen on the tops of high alps, the bodies get frozen in time quite literally, they don't decompose because bacteria and other elements that break the body down can't survive that high up in the cold.
And this song is about one of the most devastating natural disasters where an avalanche killed upwards of 10000 soldiers during the first world war.

Adeus

Welcome to the Sabaton Rabbit Hole, a power metal band that won an educator award for their covering of historical military topics. While a bit off topic for what seems to be the focus of your channel (just found you through RUclips recommendations, so I may be off on this) but would at least be useful for your own edification, their channel "Sabaton History" covers almost all of their songs' real life stories, both BTS of the songs and the actual historical events. So if you're ever curious about what a song is talking about, I'd recommend going there.
Interesting note about this song, it was inspired by more WW1 KIAs (Killed In Action, aka soldiers killed while at war) being discovered in the mountains a year or two before the album came out (roughly a century after White Friday took place). To this day, there are still bodies of missing soldiers being discovered in the mountains who were killed by avalanches, and its doubtful that every fallen soldier will be recovered from there. Also, White Friday (I might be misremembering, so if I am wrong, feel free to correct me) was a major reason as to why the Laws of Armed Conflict (aka Geneva Conventions) include a section on forbidding the usage of weather as a weapon of war, which I'm fairly confident is qualified as a Weapon of Mass Destruction in the legalese.

Thank you for recommending the Sabaton History Channel, I wasn't aware that they have this education mission alongside the music too, I think that's really really cool.

As Military history is a big interest of mine including my Country's military history the UK and that I am a Fan of Sabaton for many years now, it's the true story that they tell of actually historical events that are the most important thing in a Sabaton song, then comes the words of the song, then the music and lastly the video. Looking at how they made the video and the quality is not the important part of a Sabaton video it's the true story that younger generations need to know, and the sacrifice that 100's of millions of men did throughout history weather fighting a common enemy, evil dictatorship, freedom of a country or people or fighting tyranny or protecting ones own country and freedom is the most important part of a Sabaton song and learning about history and those that we owe our freedom, democracy and sovereignty to. There are stories about historical events, heroes, courage and self sacrifice that everyone should learn about and the greatest band on earth teaches the world this so those that can't no longer speak have a voice to tell there story and that is what Sabaton does. Instead of talking about the set and the filming, you should just watch and listen as you may learn something new. Love metal? You're a filmmaker? Just learning about Sabaton? Well you ain't seen nothin' yet, as we used to say in the olden days hehe. Seriously, Sabaton are known for innovative and extremely well-produced music videos, so you're in for a treat as you explore their catalog.
This is a great one, but for the ultimate Sabaton Cinematic Universe experience, I'd pick their video for Christmas Truce. They apparently had access to a full-on movie studio as covid had rendered the studio less busy than normal. It's extremely well done, with far more practical effects, and they've used historically accurate costuming and weapons. Brilliant, but stick around for the end credits and listen to the singer behind them. If you're not familiar, that's Floor Jansen, the Valkyrie Goddess of metal herself, and who is also married to Sabaton's drummer, who I call the Norse God of Thunder. He's the poor chap in Christmas Truce who gets blown up in the beginning.
I really hope you enjoy your Sabaton (and Nightwish, which is Floor's band) journey!

This is so cool! Can't wait to watch Christmas Truce and I'm truly curious but I'll save it for a reaction. ^_^ Love that they were able to work with a real film studio during the pandemic for that.
I love Floor and Nightwish! Floor is just lovely and such a talented singer. As a Dutch metalhead of course I've known her for a very long time, long before Nightwish!

I would like to suggest to check also Nightwish’s music video called ”Noise” It’s not about effects or tricks, but it is full of messages with scenes in the video, and the production is high quality as well. I think the professional eye like yours, might see even more in it than just regular person 🙂
