The cup that started it all, like the first book of an epic franchise, congratulations for winning the cup Uruguay, the next years there will be..... more amazing stories to happen....
AH the time when there was no advertising on the pitch or on the jerseys
It must have been nice
It would be so much better without.
Danyss just appreciate how much better the pace and quality of the game has gotten.
What difference would it make?
But quality wise it was worse. The ball was harder to hit and the preparation was so poor in those games
There still isnt sponsors on national teams bro
Against modern football💪
Didn't know Caballero was already goalkeeper...

Ok guys, cut it out. The Uruguayans are the ones kicking the ball that way. The Argentinians the opposite way.
I forgot to watch this match so I’m glad they posted the highlights
It’s crazy how almost everyone in this clip is dead 😢. Except for the cameraman ofc
Football is loved since ages..😍😍😍✌✌
As others have suggested, I would love to see the 2030 World Cup in Uruguay. I hope the combined Uruguay-Argentina-Chile-Paraguay bid wins hosting rights. But since Saudi is also bidding for the 2030 World Cup, I have a feeling it wont happen in Uruguay.
I don't think that could happen, my friend. In this time Football is only MONEY. I am from URUGUAY. It could be nice a world cup here.

I remember this world cup final very well!
Back then I watched it live on pay tv, wearing the shirt of the uruguayan team captain José Nasazzi, enjoying the match and also the fascinating commercial breaks. But most of all I loved the trendy hairstyles of the players, their wonderful tattoos and their stylish cheer performances.
For this I love football and the true spirit of the game!

How amazing it is to think that all these people who are in the stadium and the players who played and the referees are all dead now but their video is still present. How temporary is this world.
O futebol naquela época estava iniciando aqui no Brasil. Saudades daqueles tempos
