What if you’re counseling a narcissist?? How do you give such a person empathy when they have none

This theory would help foster the Unconditional acceptance of the client. Accepting them as they are. Thus, hypothetically, reducing conditions of worth (I am only valuable if I'm above others; I am lovable as long as I am always right, etc...). Thus, the person would be able to process any potential underlying insecurities in a non-judgmental environment, and then develop their empathy and enhance the quality of their relationships

Maybe the “skitzophrenic” merely has tinnitus which is quite maddening
