Fantastic rods. I use a 662 2-5kg t curve that I bought about 2011 and it still serves me well. Mainly use it for squid and other bait gathering, but also light lure work occasionally. Teamed with a Diawa sol(1st edifion) 2500 4lb braid and 8lb flour leader. That setup has caught EP's, bream, whiting, flathead, tailor, yakkas, squid, mullet, garnish, mulloway, to 80cm, rat kings to 75cm and my largest fish to date on it has been a 1.2m bronze whaler in about 1m of water while flats fishing.....that was probably the most exciting 30min of my life, God knows how I didn't bust that off

I have the same rod and I love using it for squid have caught some monsters on it to I run a stradic fl 3000 on it and it’s the best combo
