Such as satisfying sound when you hear a strike, like the sound of a net whooshing in basketball, a clean hit in baseball, arrow thud in archery. Is there ever a more satisfying sound in sports?
For sure, a well delivered shot on anything just has a very pleasing sound to the ear. Besides bowling, I also play pool at a somewhat proficient level and the sound of a high speed, squarely struck break shot is a very satisfying sound as well.
I think you, Darren, are the freak athlete. What would Alex score if he bowled off the wrong foot? Bowling off the wrong foot and making 235 look easy takes a lot of talent... not to mention, Darren can bowl well two handed and left handed and still get reasonably good scores.
I don’t know if it says more about the Xponent or the fact that you can bowl off the wrong foot that well 🤩 Either way, truly a 🌰 performance for sure!
Bowled at Gold Coast 2 years ago after the Covid sh*t . No practice at Southpoint that year because of singles and doubles downstairs and only team bowled at the stadium. Finished in a 6 way tie for 96th in nationals , to date biggest payday at Nationals. .

I throw off wrong foot. I thought I was the only one. Apparently a pro bowler named wrong foot Louie threw off the wrong foot and was good. I just never could bowl off the correct foot. I fell trying. I threw the ball on someone else's lane too. I carried a 180 avg bowling in 2 leagues.
