Absolutely beautiful cookies!!!! I love the color palette too--these would be perfect wedding or anniversary cookies. I recently watched one of your old videos again where you did wet on wet florals--I would love to see a new video using the wet on wet technique. Your cookies were spectacular!

Does this fully dry so that they can be packaged? I'd love to make some for my wedding as my "thank you" party favors

Your flowers are beautiful! I've used your RI recipe for a few years now, although i recently started adding corn syrup and bright white gel color. I still struggle w/ air bubbles and uneven places on my finished cookies. Yours look so smooth! Does the RI work well with the flowers (not too hard?)? I've noticed some cookiers use buttercream. Not sure which would work best. Would love to try your design! TFS!

Thank you! I've started adding corn syrup to my icing as well (3-4 oz), so the bite is much softer now. I do struggle with the icing being so soft it sticks to my bags just a little bit but it's worth it for the softer bite. I always let my icing sit for a few minutes after mixing the color to allow as much air to come to the surface as possible.. that way I can pop the bubbles before bagging. I still get a few bubbles but it's much better. If it's looking uneven after you've iced, could it be that the cookies are a little uneven? Maybe baked up a little in some spots? I haven't really ever dealt with that problem, I'm sorry!
