Hi, a great educational video. Thank you.
I have been on Ketogenic lifestyle and One Meal a Day intermittent fasting since 6/2022. I noticed that since i started the Ketogenic lifestyle, my hands, arms and legs have formed new blood vessels/new web of veins. I have gigantic veins. Out of concern i consulted a cardiologist/vascular physician. He told me nothing to worry about, that they are healthy veins, but did not address my concern that these veins are newly formed veins. So i did my own online research and found out that turning on mTOR (growrh) can cause the formation of new blood vessels from the existing blood vessels due to cell proliferation. mTOR causes angioneogenesis and this is a concern for cancer. I feel great, energetic, no fatigue and I walk over 50 miles a week.
I am wondering if my Ketogenic lifestyle since 6/2022 is the cause of my angioneogenesis and is it carcinogenic?
Thank you and best wishes 😊

"awe-tah-pha-gee" ... Can't stand when people pronounce it "auto-phagy". Nice video otherwise!
