I’d never heard of this group before coming to their Eurovision web site. They do remind me of Abba. I’m in America so maybe that’s why I never heard of them .

Such a catchy song the very first time I heard it and it shot up the charts and hit number one in early 1978! They can't even write a catchy song today... It's all shite! If you hadn't hear this for nearly fifty years - you'd still be able to sing it and remember the words!

Why can’t you compare this to ABBA? It’s truly just a copy of what made ABBA famous, except the song is not quite as catchy, dramatic or harmonious. This group may have been around longer than ABBA, and both won Eurovision, but it’s pretty clear to see what they are doing here. I’m not trying to piss on their parade but surely this was obvious even back in the 1970s. Maybe that’s why even my teenage children are familiar with ABBA but I guarantee you they’ve never heard of Brotherhood of Man.

I know BOM and ABBA may have the Eurovision title in common, but clearly this is a cheap rip off of the ABBA formula! It’s nothing against them but it’s not as catchy as the stuff ABBA produced and it’s like they are trying too hard. ABBA was, more or less, original and this is just a group of British singers trying to be like them, with some very cheesy dancing thrown in. Time has largely forgotten the Brotherhood of Man...I think even Bucks Fizz is more remembered than they are.
And you clearly don’t let facts get in the way of your uninformed beliefs
